Check out one of the greatest home selling tools available. There isn't anywhere else you can find data on the homes selling near you. Just request access to the Home Buyer's Scouting report and you will be well on your way to searching for homes that have sold near you.
Once you have been assigned a login name and password to your private search site click on "Map View" and find your neighborhood. Once you've found your neighborhood click "View Recent Sold Homes" to defind your Sold Home Search.
